    • Grant timely access to accounts, platforms, or resources needed

    • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines

  • Delays caused by failure to provide requested information may affect project timelines and outcomes.

7. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • We make no guarantees regarding specific business results (such as leads, sales, or revenue) as outcomes depend on factors outside of our control, including market conditions, platform changes, and client cooperation.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate a Service agreement with written notice, in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract. Termination does not relieve clients of their obligation to pay for Services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Site and Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
